Privacy in short
- Notification content (titles, text, photos, times) and history are stored only on your device.
- There is no account or sign-in: the app does not ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Third-party services may collect technical device data: ads on the free plan (Google AdMob), purchases (Superwall, App Store, Google Play), ad measurement (Paywallo) and error reports without personal data (Sentry).
- On iPhone, advertising identifiers are only used if you allow them in the tracking prompt.
Limitations
- On iPhone, tapping a notification always opens Heypush first; only then does it go to the chosen link or app.
- On Android, for times to arrive on the minute you may need to allow “Alarms & reminders” and remove the app from battery optimization.
- Notifications depend on your device’s permissions and system; delivery is not guaranteed on devices with aggressive battery saving.
- Data stays on the device only: there is no sync between phones. Premium follows your store account and is not shared between iPhone and Android.
- The free plan has ads (a banner on the home screen and an optional video when creating or editing notifications after the first one).
- Heypush creates local notifications on your own phone; it does not send messages to other people.
